Arrow Tube Bandit Digital Readout for Benders

After several years in secret development, I am proud to finally announce the release of the Tube Bandit Digital Readout!

Tube Bandit is a unique patent pending system for real time measurement of bend angle on JD Squared Model 3 and Pro Tools 105 & 105HD benders. It provides a 1/10th degree resolution real-time digital display which easily attaches to benders using unmodified dies, with or without hydraulic conversions.

Please visit our website to learn more. You'll find additional pictures, video, installation instructions, and pricing there. Tube Bandits are in stock, ready for shipment and we're offering a Free T-Shirt to our first customers. Be sure to select your size using the drop-down menu when entering your contact info.

I would like to extend a special thanks to the OFN members who have contributed to the Tube Bandit product, most notably CaptainFab and scootek who have been involved in the testing and development from day one. These gentlemen have had the unique opportunity to use Tube Bandit in its various forms of prototype incarnation and I'm certain they would be happy to give you their opinions of the product.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them in this thread. I appreciate and respect your feedback!

It is really cool to finally see this digital readout for the benders make it to market. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed in this unit. Clint is very meticulous in his designs and work and this digital readout unit works flawlessly. I am speaking from personal experience having been involved with the testing of this product. The use of a digital readout brings a whole new level of accuracy to tube bending. Couple this with Bend Tech Pro or SE and you have the capability to produce bent tube as accurate as a high dollar CNC tube bender.

Thanks guys! We are very excited to get this going. Starting up a business was far from my mind when I built the tube bender a few years ago, but after seeing people's reactions and realizing how much easier it was to bend tube with a readout, I had to take on the challenge.

We should be able to work this out. Right now our website is setup for flat-rate shipping to the US only, but if you call in your order we can arrange alternatives. Call us on Monday - (805) 512-7800.

What do you have? We are working on an application guide for other rotary draw benders similar to the Model 3 and 105. I am fairly confident this will fit a JMR, the Got Trikes design (although a mounting tab may be needed for the sensor), and others. The main ingredients are a 1" center pin, 1/2-5/8" thick bender arms, and room to mount the sensor/belt.

Order Placed!!!

Im very happy to see this day. I have placed my order for Tube Bandit!
Thank You Bandit. It was exciting to be apart of testing such an awsome tool.
It was dificult to return the units during testing, but now I can have my own to keep.

I too can assure you that this product is 100%. I have used it, and achieved results like high dollar cnc.
When I used the Tube Bandit with Bend-Tech and Captainfabs POB, I was freakin out at how dead nuts accurate everything was. I have bent parts for a build Im working on now and havent been able to talk about it or show pics. I will share all I can to show everyone how you just havent lived, untill youve used this tool.

Its made in the USA!!!

I am also in Canada. I want this in my hands as soon as I can pay for it....

If you can set up a paypal account for payment I am even willing to pay the extra % for the cost of deduction from the account. I need this tool...

Also when shipping to Canada I reccommend USPS as they have never lost ANY of my packages to date where UPS has and or damaged them.

I WANT IT......

Jay
