RZR XP1k Cage/bed build.

I picked up a RZR 1000 Last April to blaze across all this public land up here in the deserts and mountains of Idaho. This thing is a beast and the suspension is like a cloud. I've done quite a bit of mods and upgrades already but now I've finally started a new cage to replace the bolt on monstrosity that it came with.

I also desire more of a bed, I for a long time planned on getting a CanAm Commander but really wanted the suspension of the RZR. So, I figure with some ingenuity a bed or larger storage area could be done while not loosing the style.

I am keeping some rules/regulations in mind as I may enter into a race in the future just for fun like a BITD or something of the sort. Sportsman or Noob class of course.

As you can see in this photo there is barely any room in the "bed". I'd like to throw a big deer back there or a bunch of rifle cases.

I purchased a new TIG recently, my first, but I have yet to teach myself how to use the damn thing or get any good at it.

Working on the bed.
