RZR XP Cage, Bumper, and Roof build

Here are some pictures of a new cage, rear bumper, roof, and windsheild I just built for my wifes Polaris RZR XP. It just came back from the powder coater and I got it installed.

Here are some pictures of the aluminum doors I am making for the XP. I am still waiting for the aluminum hinges and door latches to show up but I finished making the door panels yesterday and got them mounted.

Thanks man! I appreciate the compliments, especially coming from someone in the fab industry. I mainly do this work for my own machines and try my best to do professional work.

Wow that looks great!!!!! I am going to try and build a cage and bumper for my RZR this winter. Got a JD2 model 3 bender and have started to mess around with it. Any helpful suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

Just started my wife's 09 50" cage. I also have the JD2 32 bender. I have the a and b pillars done so far. I am using 1-3/4" .095 4130. I will post up pics hopefully soon. I have been using bend tech pro, it is a great program.

How easy is the program? I have no cad experience and a little worried about the computer. Do you recommend it?

First off I am not to good with the computer to begin with. I never used a program in my life. It took a while to figure out how to use it, but now I can't believe how simple it is! I would recommend this!

I got the program and have been playing around with it. I think that I have a bump done. I just need to gain a little confidence in using it. I want to double check my measurements. I am also waiting on the new 2015 RZR to be listed to see if I want to sell my current RZR for a new one.
