No problem at all with chain tension or chain slapping now WOOT !

Next up, make the engine as happy as possible by getting cool fluid throughout.
Replace the stock super small brass, single core radiator for a dual core aluminum.

That’s 3/8” vs 7/8” core. Currently running dexcool pink fluid with success.

Picked up a billet gas cap for the tank in lieu of the little plastic pos that I had off the jetski.

This thing is SICK ! …. But after only 5 hrs of riding, I was putting it away at the cabin and after watching the two 700’s ride up this ramp I figured WTF, why don’t I do the same…

This is why – the oil pan bottoms out because I’m a dipsh1t and didn’t bring the skid plate that I built to protect it from this exact thing. A very small pinhole leak. I didn’t want to compromise the motor so I took the pan off and ran into town the next morning to get it welded.

After paying way more money than it was worth in the name of having fun, I reinstalled and got it back together… only to find out the GoPro black edition camera my wife bought me for x-mas, wasn’t recording.

After 2hrs on the phone with tech support it was deemed a bad seed. Sad to drive 9hrs south and not be able to get onboard footage. I got some with a buddy’s hero2, but nothing worth showing.

I took the temperature of the camera cause it felt like it was going to melt the case. 141 degree’s F at the case !

None the less, a spectacular guys weekend.

FOR SALE INFO - If anyone is looking at buying this quad - which goes for sale on a few different sites every few months it seems - private message me here and I can give you more details. The guy currently selling it seems like a nice guy as I just text him.
