Pro-Tools needs to start using USPS flat-rate shipping, instead of UPS anyway. I've sold two Pro-Tools dies, and the die and the factory padding fit just fine into a $15 large flat-rate box.

Fedex Ground was MORE THAN 300% the price of USPS flat rate priority with signature confirmation and insurance, and USPS gets across the country in 2-3 days and Fedex Ground takes at least 5 days from FL to CA.

In fact USPS has been making a real push to get into the "package" market for several years now with the flat rate boxes. FedEx worked into the package market a few years ago and USPS saw that it's a good market to be in. Anyway, along with the push to get into the package market USPS now has pickups that can be scheduled, or you can give the package to your regular mail carrier, or drop the package at the post office. I used to have a company where we shipped 50 or so boxes a day and we just dropped the packages off at the main post office in the area (which should be less than a few miles from most anywhere). I just backed my pickup up to the loading dock and put all the boxes into any cart on the dock and I was done, no lines, no waiting, no interaction with gov't workers.

I think their cutoff times for pickup is about the same as FedEx if you don't have daily pickup.

Plans have changed since the PM I sent... SOrry about that.

I'd like a price instead on a 1.5" 6" CLR 240 deg die to Denver 80203 (commercial address)

Thanks!
