Help Wanted - Applications Specialist

Job includes;
Telephone and email support
Customer registration, support calls and trouble shooting.
Current sales activity includes answering questions of technical nature and processing orders. No cold calling and no pressure sales activity.
Web design and maintenance
Creating new and/or keeping the current site(s) maintained and up-to-date.
Technical documentation
Both support and sales
Includes manuals, forum discussion boards and flyers.
Beta testing
Hands on testing of new product development and reporting issues and concerns.
Order processing
Processing orders for shipping.
Product presentation
Live Internet presentations of our products. These presentations are currently one-on-one, however, there is a desire to upon up to broad presentations.
Trade shows involvement
Currently attend 1 show a year. This show is in Orlando the 2nd week of December. The trade show number may increase in the future with shows at Chicago and Las Vegas being the most likely, if at all.

Qualified candidates abilities will include;
Problem Solving
Communication skills
Cad/Cam experience
Web development a plus
Software programming a plus [visual basic]

Location: Lindstrom, MN

Full time employment at our facility.

Willing to train the right candidate.

Pay based on experience.

I am to old to be thinking about moving .

Well you definitely have communication skills, I'm just not sure they're the kind of skills he's looking for

I saw your YouTube communication skills!! They were better than mine. That would be the least of my problems with a position like the one offered. I think if Cris thinks back about 5 or 6 yrs ago, or whenever I was always calling him, he would laugh out loud thinking about how computer illiterate I was/am!!!
