Shane's Model A!

I am finally in the Model A club. Just picked up this beauty a couple weeks ago. I am the 4th owner, not a spec of rust and a fresh rebuild with only 400 miles on it. Should be a fun summer.

Shane that is awesome. Thanks for sharing.
I remember my first ride a Model A, I was probably around 13yrs old and no it wasn't a new car back then. It rates right up there with the first time I drove a stock CJ2A off road a few years later.

Looks really nice. Manitowac, just a ferry ride from Michigan and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

So is it going to stay stock, or are you going to be one of those "awful hot rodders" and "ruin" it?

Time will tell.....this summer it will stay like this and be driven every single day. I think if I touch it, I will be shunned by thousands of people.

I can't imagine you based that response on the input from HAMB forum ;-)

That is a mint example but it is 100% yours and what you do with it is up to you. Like you said, you can have a blast all summer as is. If you got a hair up your arse, you could sell it to a collector and buy a few more A's and go to town and still be ahead.

Nice ride no doubt.

Briggs body? Very nice car, A's are a joy to cruise around in. My wife came with a 31 Murray body, we stuff the three kids in the back seat and drive it all the time.

I suppose I have to agree with Jackalope about 100% yours but it still makes me cringe to see the guys down the road from me chop cars like yours, even though I am in awe of the work done and love the result, just could never do it to a clean stocker personally....

Isn't that what they make reproduction bodies for? If it's all chopped up, who cares if it's original.
But I agree it's yours to do what ever you want.
