help on budget IRS and 930 CV setup?

I am doing a budget build from scratch sand car. I have seen many different rear end setups, but I am not very well versed on IRS. Wondering if anyone can recommend something tuff, and cost effective. Here is my plan:

4 seat long (~20") travel chassis
Honda 2.0 liter turbo ~375hp/300tq (currently in hand, might move to a V6 if it comes along cheap)
a built 091 or 016 transaxle (still trying to figure if a 016 is easy to flip the ring gear, or room for mid-mount?)
6x6 boxed trailing arms
930 cv xyz style??

I have access to all kinds of tools- TIG, plasma, bender, notcher, drill press...

Like to run So-Cal dunes and baja (non-competitive).

What is the best (cost effective) 930 setup - hubs, CVs, axles? Also something that is easy and cheap to rebuild - i know CVs dont last forever.

I am thinking of buying a 6x6 un-welded trailing arm kit here:

I have looked at some SAWs axles and others, but obviously longer is more $$, so any help is greatly appreciated.
