Cage I built

This is a buddy's rig. I took a break from my rig to help him with his cage. Used Bendtech to do the two main side hoops and the rest is free-hand rolls. Obviously, its not done yet. I just wanted to get him to a point where he could finish it up on his own.

To roll the top bars I used the Bendtech instructions to do everything but I left the two outside bends 5* short each. Then I rolled until the ends ended up where I wanted them.

Its probably one of my favorite cages I've ever seen on a Jeep. Definitely my favorite of all that I have built.

I agree....that is very nice. Just a little bit of a radius does a lot for the appearance.

Thanks guys! I love roll-bending and would rather do that all day than bend with my JD2 M4. When my buggy is done one of the first things I am going to do is build a more serious roll bender.
