Finally my new shop

Getting close to two years since loosing it all but we are making headway. Moved into the new house about a month ago, got to spend our first christmas in our own house. Even better!! my new shop recently got started and its going up decent. Details are 30x36 two level, main floor 12' ceiling with in floor heating and a 10x10 door. Second level is 8' ceiling, full bath and a 7x18 walk out covered deck. the pad will be 6" with piling support as well as two pilling's to support a future two post. Gonna take some time to finish due to only having enough to finish the exterior at this time. Making progress to being back to where i was and even better. I sure do miss building thou, so much lol.

Wow great to see how far you've come since the fires. 30x36 is going to be awesome.

i have a friend who rebuilt with his house on top of the shop. yard wasn't big enough to give him a shop he needed. 30x70 i think lol. that canopy is also a upper deck.
