Keep it as low as possible.
35's maximum, most likely 33'z. I would really like to run a set of Hmr Bead-locks (looks more then need), but there is zero for 16.5 tires anymore!!!
Ford D44 Front, ARB. ~ Ford D60 Rear, D'troit (OPT: D44/9" )
78 Bronco Frame and Suspension & Brakes. Front axle moved forward because these Willys just look so good that way> extended R/A to do it.
Carbureted 5.0L/AOD, ???-T/C
That is what I plan on using BUT, I do have a couple 429's and

Looks like it lines up well. And if it needs some fitting here or there, I'm sure you're more than capable. Definitely looking forward to this one if you manage to get around to it!

Well, I have managed to get rid of several projects; one more to part out and one big one to demolish had haul off. Then I need to rebuild a trailer, and after that

Funny how second or third on the list always seem to get bumped back down to second or third after the first thing is crossed off. Something new always seems to bubble up that's higher priority.

I had a 429/C6 in an early Bronco, it was lots of fun on the street, OK in the dunes and sucked for everything else. I was running 33's and 36's.

I'll admit that building a Clevor is tempting
But I'm not planning on anything much more then just an average 5.0L.
I have it so

Yes, I understand! I'm guilty of trying to do more then is actually possable

However, this idea actually started out about 428th.
I was not actuality serious about it at all!
Jump to today, and it has been pushed up by 410 places, and of what is left in-front of this I am wiping out two by cutting them up and hauling them off! Another I will be basically giving away...
I wish that this was pri-one, but... there are just somethings that I have to do "first".

Me too! And then you have the stuff you HAVE to do that keeps coming up. I'm waist deep in rebuilding my mower deck at the moment for that reason...

I had hoped to be at a rolling chassis at this point; but, there is 'Life' and a stack of lumber, in the form of trim, that has been in the way! So, while I do have the axles and now wheels with mock-up tires that is about as far as I've been able to get.

Oh, and TWF apparently has their 17" Dual Bead-lock all but in production

Maybe next year
