Need your help with growing pains

Guys I need your help. Many of you are Bend-Tech customers and I need your help looking from the outside in. I have hired 6 people in the past 5 months and will most likely be hiring a few more this year. I built this company and reputation for the first 9 years by myself, hired a single employee 6 years ago and today I have 13 employees.

I don't want to see our products and services ever go down hill because they aren't managed properly. Simply put, I can not keep an eye on everything anymore and don't always get the front line perspective that I need to make sure the customers are satisfied.

If at anytime you are not satisfied in our services or have the smallest of concern, please drop me a line and let me know.

Thanks guys. I have depended on this community to get me where I am and I am sure you guys will keep me in line now and into the future.

Customer support is still outstanding for BTP. I've had several questions over the last several weeks that were answered promptly and thoroughly. The ability to send in the file in question from within BTP is very helpful.

I think you are referring to the "Support Session" under the "Help" menu. This function has saved our bacon on answering the right question in a timely matter.

Im in the same boat... dont use it as much as i'd like to.

Customer service has always been top notch!
The YouTube channel and wiki files have guided me through my hickups so i havent had to call, but i got ya'll on speed dial!

Great to throw this out there, I have always welcomed input for my products and agree that it's the best way to stay informed on needs and issues.
