Can you even get the axle to the bump stops before the shock bottoms?

Its Pretty easy to get legal here. They are fairly relaxed about most things. Like the mud flap law, It only apply's to trucks. Suv's, jeeps things like that dont need them. Never had a problem with no fenders here either.
