Fabricated Gift Idea Needed

My son turns 19 next week and I am drawing a blank on ideas. We rebuilt his transmission a bit ago (97 TJ 4cyl) and I saved his 5th gear that is missing a few teeth.

I keep thinking that there ought to be something I can make for him out of it, but am drawing a blank. It is too big and sharp for a shifter knob.

Any ideas?

Cut the gear so the missing teeth form part of a smile. Use this in a welded together art mask....goalie mask? tribal mask? robot face?

How about a picture for those of us that are more creative with visual aids.

97 Tj jeep? That does not have locking hubs does it? I think those do not but am not sure.

If it did you could maybe turn that gear into a hub wrench. Cut a groove in the middle so that if fits over the hub if it would fit. Gives larger size to turn tight hubs.

does he have a reciever hitch on the rear? You could run a tow hook through it and make a pull point for the rear.Have fun with it.
