Keep it up. I am dragging ass on my build too. I made a lot of progress and then realized I don't like my seating and rear suspension. That is keeping me from going up and getting at it. You'll get 'er done. Looks good too!

Exhaust is buttoned up.

If I can get to pickn-pull and find a driveline I need, the body can go on next weekend. Everything is done back here.

Wife is out of town and 18" of snow yesterday point to not happening.

but i did get the Mercedes trans to ford driveline adapter all worked out last night.

That was the last big piece for the rear before the body can go on.

Got the firewall painted with some satin clear which came out real nice. cant wait to shoot the whole body.
Then set the body back in place yesterday.
Unfortunately The driveline doesn't fit in the tunnel so I have a few options.
Body lift it to the height it sits here, which is a pretty good look or cut out the tunnel and build a new one so it can really sit on the ground...
I'm leaning towards the lift, as it will be the quickest route, and also helps me with front tire/fender clearance issues that i have and haven't figured out a good solution for yet.

guess we'll see...

Body firmly mounted. Front clip on. Have a good plan for a radiator in the works. Think I may have steering sorted out soon enough
This should be final ride height.

Crazy how well the inner fenders sit around the motor. like it was built for it
