I like your style. The long side should be easy enough to pull back into spec (only out .8), but the driver's side may put up more of a fight.

This is another 'project for a buddy'. He has another housing lined up that he can bring over next weekend. I may play around with this one in the meantime. If I can get it straightened out, he could sell the other one to recoup some funds.

Welp, work sent me out last week so I didn't get a chance to play with the older housing. My buddy met me Friday night to drop off the new one and I worked on it today.

The puck and bar fixture is a win. You can literally watch the housing move relative to the bar. Good stuff.

No pics - I was jamming to get this thing done by this afternoon. It definitely works though. I'll be using this method in the future on every axle that I have to weld on.
