New guy in Raleigh

Hey folks, found your page and it sounds like you folks may be able to help me with my build better than most 4x4 forums.

1997 Stroked Cherokee 4" lift

1988 Grand Wagoneer (Current project)
genII 6bt
2006 f350 drive train
I need help building a rectangular tube frame to rest the waggy body on that will take the grunt of a 6bt..

Any suggestions are appreciated!

get out the tape measure. start making notes. distance between body mounts, engine and transmission mounts, etc. are you planning on a 4 link or leaf set up? start sketching stuff out on paper. or a cad program if you are familiar with one. fish plates, gussets, and x's will give you the most strength.
