Anyone with Turbomachinery Fabrication expriece?

I am sketching out designs for a turbopumping system. I've got the theoretical knowledge, but no hands on experience. The combined (LOX+Kerosene) pump power requirements is about 70kW (SI Units). So I am looking at a single stage impulse turbine engine design (Either Compound Velocity or Compound Pressure 2-rotor design). Tooling is limited here.
I am looking into building a graphite vacuum furnace, Either aquiring a hydraulic press or build it; etc. Induction melt and vacuum casting is also possible here.

So, what are the most useful tools for the fabrication of this component?
BKMs for devising highly balanced assembly, rotor/stator/nozzle fabrication etc. I can provide more info on the design and metals considered as well as any other information to narrow down the scope of this task.

thanks for the time in advance.
