For a drag race application, all you really need is the correct springs for the weight and properly set up shocks. I would look at simply replacing the springs and shocks with a short travel Coil-over (made for Drag Racing).
Depending on how much weight you need to lose I might switch to a R&P unit, in place of the Yota linkage and gear box.
Iíve used this company in the past for similar builds and they are a one stop shopping experience.

Its torsion bar front suspension so can i just replace the shock with a small coilover to help with it or will that not work since the torsion bar connects to the upper control arm?

...in that case you need a new chassis and suspension.
You can get rid of all the Toyota stuff.

Thats the plan... the rear is going to be completely chopped and new back frame fabricated to fit a shortened 4 link 9inch drag racing axle im trying to just see or find pictures or build threads on who has done drag racing suspension on a toyota front suspension, what aftermarket or home fabricated arms what shocks and or coilovers balljoints spindles etc

You'll be time and money ahead to just buy a frame set up for what you want to do. Seriously!!
