Wasent this truck is Diesel Power a while back? Set up with twin turbo's, right!

I can under stand the use of the GV overdrives to gain gearing for top speed but why the power glide? Are ya just trying to save weight over the stock tranny. Seams like with all that OD the stock tranny would stay together pretty well.

The powerglide was not my idea just my problem. One of the mechanics here suggested a dodge 5 speed into the powerglide than it would run more like a road tractor each gear would have a high/low that my be the next step. I am just trying to prove this set-up first. Should have some new pics today.

Sounds like a big head ache. How about a 2 speed semi rear axle, Almost sounds easer to fab an axle to fit than several tranny adapters. Im sure there are better gear selections than the stock AAM axle dodge uses.

As if those cabs aren't hard enough to get into, the rollcage would make it even harder! I drive a Ram 3500 4 door for work and hit my head frequently. Main reason I bought a F150 Supercrew a few years back. But damn, 200 MPH is a NOBLE cause, good luck!!!

Ill see if we can update the pics some....its got alot more now than the first pics.....

The clutch is more or less to turn the auto into a Man/auto conversion......You take off like a standard.....and then let the trans/overdrives take it from there until you stop.
