everybody know's if it breaks in the field, you do whatever you have to. Just fix it when you get back to the shop.
Should have seen what it was mounted to.

I love this shit. I purchased a farm two years ago and I could not believe the welding that had been going on. If something broke, I would have to cut it out and start over. Nothing was worth welding over and bracing. The problem is, all of the other farmers I know weld the same way. They didn't know what a weld was supposed to look like until I moved out here!
One day I was looking for a lathe and I arrived at a guy's shop that rebuilds them. I heard a horrendous sound coming from the back and I went out to see what was going on. These two guys decided to become mig welders and bought a machine from Harbor Freight and had no idea what they were doing. They had the wire speed way too fast and the amperage way too low. I saw them finish a few welds then they complimented each other on how it looked. Needless to say, they had to be blind. I don't know why I try soo hard if that is what is acceptable.
