Local Club Beater Build

So we a local competition between DE, MD, and PA based Jeep clubs to build the best "beater" and we race them. This is held by http://www.easternshorejeep.com. This year my club http://www.delawareja.com ghas been invited to attend. Of course the have to be safe and such so this means a 4 or 6 point cage and harnesses. I have been put in control of the "building" of the vehicle for this year. We are looking for an older Jeep Cherokee (XJ). We are still currently looking for a vehicle (does not need to be street legal, and any equipment which may help us our the club build the vehicle. We have a very small and limited budget with what we can put into this.

All of the proceeds of this event gets donated to a cancer society. It is a good way to raise camradore within our little community, raise money for a good cause, and have some fun while we do it.

That zebra jeep was awesome on how he just attacked the course.. That would probably be a lot of fun.
