Just a thought to check.. I do agree with Clint's quote:

Awesome to hear from you again! You've been missed around here.

We are good fellas. It was even more simple than I thought so I am more embarrased than before. The ground clamp cable for the plasma was touching the signal cable for the AVHC before the control box. Simple interference. I have always had to have 5 or 6 feet of distance between the plasma and the controller. I have the plasma on a cart and the electronics on another cart. My extension cord was at a friends house with 2 of my welders so I rolled the plasma cart around the other so the cord would reach the receptical. This crossed the cords. I put everything back and put new consumables including a start cartrige. This $hit is brand new again!!! Zero faults!!!

What I am making now is not appropriate so I wont show pics of this project. I will continue to share in the future.

Okay so you have captured my curiosity. Can you describe it in words without getting too graphic?

Im selling this table this weekend.
Its been great, but life has made this machine sit for too long.

I have been looking at the new one, but too much money.
