calibrating afordable bender die in bend-tech

i am having trouble getting my 1 5/8 die calibrated. when i use the worksheet nothing seems to come out correct with the starting bend or cut length.
is their a die in the drom down list from another company that is close so that i can get a good starting point .
please bare with me on this i really am over my head with this and have had this for nearly a year and cant use the program due to not having the patence to figure it out.
