Freak'n finally....! SuperKart is off the frame table and roll'n on the floor...! time jus slip'n by with no progress on her , ,then I just said F' it,, eveerything else can wait for acouple weeks,, I'm work'n on my Kart...! She is ready to be taken apart , finish welded , powdercoated and played with...!

It looks great...hopefully some insanely fast laps are in your near future.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? We rolled the super outside on Saturday, I'll be doing an update on that after work.

Thanks guys,,, :) jus put it on the scales... wo/driver 407 lbs w driver 586 lbs. wheel weights are within 6 lbs of each other all the way around with driver , it has a 4.8 lb per horsepower ratio.... Hello...!

Graham8...your super has turned out beautiful,,great work.. Let me know when and where you race it ,, we're moving back to Kentuky in Jan. thats close enough to come watch ya.

No need to coat the tank if it is aluminum. Remember to flush every time you run because methanol will attract moisture and also will jelly up inside carbs if left for any long period of time. Keep your fuel cans dry and tightly sealed.

Nice shop, nice inventive fab work too. Be safe, buy the best suit and helmet you can find!

Update,,,,right after those last pic's , we sold our place in AZ, and moved to Kentucky,, been building a new shop ,almost have it done, I'm ready to get back to some aluminum fab work,,,, haven't hugged my TIG welder in 7 mo's...LOL

I retired last year , so time is on our side , she is getting close to a test drive, spending time on detailing and hooking up the controls and such , the shift linkage fab was fun ,,

That looks FANTASTIC!!! Doesn't hurt that the frame is powdercoated my favorite color, either.
