Yeah them city/county guys are definately not the ones to piss off though. They can make life miserable and cause all kinds of BS, so it's best to defer to them and avoid it if possible. You could still get a reefer unit and heat/cool a container. You could keep beer cold enough to drink and work in shirtsleeves year round.

The way that the city's kept the "Mobile Homes Parks" from occurring inside their jurisdiction was simple, you see a single,double,triple wide was licensed as a trailer and in Oregon what it was originally, so it shall always be, thus a trailer, is a trailer and the zoning morons well, the less I say bout them the better.

Upon a closer look at these things on the newer ones at least.

I do indeed see that they have gaskets sealing the rear doors in the past the contact i had up close and personal the gaskets were never there or long gone and these containers put to use transporting more robust items.

Being sold for scrap etc
